1650g Water

450 Oil

600 Shortening

100g pumpkin spice

140g pumpkin puree for pumpkin spice mixing

 

  1. Pour the wetmix(1650g Water, 450 Oil, and 600 Shortening) into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the 100g pumpkin spice and 140g pumpkin puree to the large mixing bowl after.
  3. Mix the ingredients on the 1st speed on the mixer for 1 min
  4. After change it to 2nd speed on the mixer for 1 min
  5. Finally put on 3rd speed for 2 min
  6. Put the dough into the hopper and pump out asap.
