Red Bean Glaze



Measure out the following:

  • 1 packet of red bean paste (400 g)
  • 1 cup of glaze (8 oz)

The above can be adjusted to operational needs. Increase ratio to make recipe in bulk.


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine red bean paste and glaze.
  2. Blend until smooth. (Should flow off spoon.)
  3. Transfer to metal tin.
  4. Store in fridge until ready for use.

This glaze needs to be heated up in order to coat the donuts.
