Ingredients:

  • 10 lb cake flour (160 oz)
  • 1 lb egg whites (16 oz)
  • 1 lb whole eggs (16 oz)
  • 1 lb water (16 oz)
  • 3 lb water (48 oz)
  • 5 oz oil
  • 40 pumps of ube extract

(Should reduce amount of water to balance out ube extract, which is additional moisture.)
